OPOTIKI resident Julian Lee says winning a car in the national New World promotion was a new experience.
“I don’t usually win anything, except a couple of raffles at the golf club,” he said.
This time, however, winning was not done by the clever maneouvering of balls, but by swiping your New World Club card between July 31 and August 27, 2017.
An entry into the draw to win the car was generated by spending $50 or more in the store.
Nicholson Auto sales manager Mark Allen drove the Holden Spark LS to Opotiki from Whakatane and he said it was “a nice car to drive”.
“It has more room inside it than you’d expect,” he said.
