TWENTY-EIGHT old American cars and their 60-person entourage are coming to Opotiki this Saturday.
Opotiki Museum manager Dot Wilson said the motorists were coming for a two-hour visit to the museum, expecting to arrive at 10.30am.
“After that they will have lunch at the RSA,” she said.
The Early American Car Club is a Wellington-based club with members throughout New Zealand.
The club was formed in 1972 and is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of American cars manufactured between 1932 and 1971.
